The stagedesign for the awarding of the `Prize for Understanding and Tolerance´ is derived on one hand from this year´s corporate event design, the spiral, and on the other from the logo of the jewish museum, that consists of a series of triangles describing a circle. The stage is build up from free standing and suspended triangles that are strung together to generate an ascending spiral form. In this way the stagedesign combines the corporate identity with the fragmented geometry of the atrium´s columns. The triangular planes are made of covered construction frames with embedded LED stripes. The transmission of the live image is projected on a foil, that is inscribed into the spiral form.
